Happy Monday FORCE Families!
This is it - hard to believe that we have made it to our final week of the 2020/2021 school year! What a school year it has been too - starting off distance learning, returning for most in November with so many changes and unknowns. Through everything, the staff at Fiddyment has done an amazing job at creating a safe and engrossing learning experience for our community - from our amazing teachers (including our awesome Champions online teachers) to our support staff of service providers, aides, meal duty supervisors, clerical, and custodial crew - it truly was a team effort to make the best of with what we were tasked with. And a huge shout out goes to our amazing community of parents and students - our school is truly in the best community in Roseville, with so much support and love for our school and staff - we truly thank you for all of your patience and grace you have given us this year!
So what does next year have in store for us? The specifics are still unclear, as I think many of the safety procedures (distancing, masks, cohorts, etc) will be decided in the summer when the CDC is expected to update school guidelines. One sure thing that is in the plans , is that for students returning to in person learning at Fiddyment in August, we will be back on a full schedule with plans to have recess, lunch, in person PE, and in person Music all returning. Again, the safety and day to day procedure changes will be communicated to families as we get closer to August. For now, I know myself and the staff are just excited to be coming back full time and the high hopes of us returning to some sense of normalcy for us, our families, and most importantly, for our students, who need it the most!
With that said, I hope all of you have a great final week of school and beyond that, have an amazing and wonderful summer vacation! Wishing all of our 5th grade students and families the best as they head off to middle school, and for those returning to or are new to Fiddyment Farm - we are already looking forward to seeing your smiling faces in the fall!

If you ordered a yearbook, please note that they will be
sent home WEDNESDAY - May 26th with students!
Champions students will collect their yearbook when they return their Chromebooks!
Also - a message from Mr. Poulsen will be sent out tomorrow afternoon regarding yearbooks!

As a reminder, we offer LOWER-PRICED cups on the website to encourage online PRE-orders. Some cup choices are reduced by $1 when they order online versus ordering at the truck.
Have you gotten your school supply kit ordered for next year yet!
The shop kit system run by our PTC makes it so easy to get all the supplies you need ready and waiting for you child here at school on day 1 - you don't have to fight crowds and sold out items in the stores - just visit the website on the picture and use the account number to get your items ordered!
All item choices are the exact ones that the Fiddyment teachers will be asking for in the fall, so you'll be ahead of the game!

We are so excited for our incoming 6th graders to get started 
Incoming 6th Grade Cooley Families ~ Join Cooley social media for updates. Cooley will use social media and email to keep you up-to-date on Orientation Day, and more for your incoming 6th Grader!
CHROMEBOOK COLLECTION
For
CHAMPIONS/ONLINE Students ONLY!
We will be collecting Chromebooks from online Champions students to get refreshed over the summer.
Collection Dates will be:
Friday - May 28th
Tuesday - June 1
Mr. Poulsen will send out an email tomorrow with a more detailed collection schedule - also as a reminder, Champions families will be able to pick up their yearbooks when they drop off their Chromebooks for collection - thank you!
